Return & Exchange Policy
As each necklace is made to measure please contact us at louise@ro-berlin.com, if you wish to return something.
Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Please make sure the items are returned in new, unused condition in original packaging. Please note that we can not accept returns on special request items.
Unfortunately I do not cover the cost of return shipping. In the unlikely case that the item you receive is damaged we will of course exchange your order free of charge.
Please note: Every piece is handmade just for you. The production time after your order takes around 2-3 working days before shipping.

DHL Standard: 1-4 days – € 4,50
Free shipping on orders over 150€
EUROPE (EU)
Deutsche Post: 3-5 days - € 6,50
Free shipping on orders over 150€
WORLD WIDE shipping is possible per special request.
All deliveries are insured against loss or theft and accidental damage. As soon as you have received your delivery, the insurance expires. International shipping does not include any customs duties or import taxes.
